2、有利于充分认识山东省中学生健美操队备战省运会的训练现状和水平,也是临淄中学健美操队科学化训练的需要。本研究采用文献法、问卷调查法、追踪调查法、数理统计的方法,对临淄中学健美操队备战省运会过程进行了调研,总结如下: 1、临淄中学健 美操运动队备战省运会训练过程是指: 临淄中学健美操 队为了实现 山东省省运会健美操 赛事的参赛目标,在时间维度上展开的 训练计划制定 、 训练展开 、 训练监控与评价 等一系列专门活动的排列组合。 2、理论层面,训练计划具有项目普适性特征,在运动实践中,不同项目、级别、教练员配置、参赛周期、参赛任务的运动队,训练计划的侧重点有所不同。临淄中学代表队备战的训练计划包括:
3、起始状态诊断、训练指标、训练阶段划分、预期运动负荷变化趋势、预期训练方法等五项 内容。临淄中学代表队的成绩诊断主观性较强,竞技能力诊断则建立在详 实、客观的数据基础之 上;预期训练负荷的变化趋势符合现代运动训练多阶段、多周期的特征;预期训练指标与训练方法,具有健美操项目的针对性。 3、临淄中学健美操队备战省运会的训练过程包括以下几个方面:选材与组队、体能训练、技能训练、心理与智能训练。其训练过程体现了以下几个特征:选材面的局限性与选材过程的主观随意性;体能训练手段相对单调,周训练期间不同训练日负荷波动较大(可能是由于健美操运动协调性与柔韧性训练比例过大所致);避免运动损伤的安全监控措施不足;
4、队员高强度训练后恢复时间呈现个人多样化趋势(这说明不同运动员承载运动负荷后的营 养措施应区别对待,有所不同)。 在技能训练方面临淄中学健美操队队员认为成套体力分配是最重要的;基本功训练中综合性训练比例略低;训练队的整体力量素质、柔韧性和平衡水平不高。 临淄中学健美操队及运动员在心理训练安排方面是较为满意的,但也容易在心理上产生倦怠感和迷茫感(是由于长期枯燥的训练所致),备战省运会期间临淄中学健美操队通过三种训练法来缓解紧张情绪,达到最佳的状态。 4、运动队备战反思。 作为运动员而言,应当发自内心地热爱竞技健美操这一运动项目,从 思想意识上解决自身缺乏耐力、恒心、训练动机等问题,并且积极地投入到
5、训练当中,提高自身的技术水平。从学校层面而言, 临淄中学校方应该更加重视该校竞技健美操运动队的发展,拓宽和增添训练经费的来源渠道,保障运动队的日常开销,增添后勤保障和专业医疗救助人员,使运动员在训练中受伤后身体可以快速恢复,同时注意运动员心理状态的调整。临淄中学在训练监测II 时应当注重其有效性,通过制定 一个宏观的、系统的、科学的、合理的、计划性较强的训练监控体系,在训练过程中要保障每一次训练都是有效的,也就是要提高训练的有效性,做到训练监控可以促进 训练的有效性。 关键字: 临淄中学;竞技健美操;训练过程;调研 III Abstract Aerobics competition of th

Research of Linzi high school aerobics team training process is helpful to realize high school students in Shandong province aerobics classes in preparation for the train
7、ing status quo and level, provincial games is high school aerobics classes the need of scientific training. This research adopts literature method, questionnaire survey, tracking investigation method, mathematical statistics method, for middle school aerobics classes provincial games preparation pro
8、cess research, summarized follows: 1. Linzi high school aerobics team for provincial games training process is to point to: Linzi high school aerobics team to achieve the Shandong provincial games aerobics competition in the history of the goal ,on the time dimension of training plan, training, trai
9、ning, monitoring and evaluation and a series of special activities of permutation and combination. 2. Theoretical level, the common characteristics with project training plan, in the sports practice, different projects, level, coaches, configuration, cycle, the team task sports team and the emphasis
10、 of the training program is different. Middle school team prepare for the training program include: initial state diagnosis, training phase, expected exercise load change trend, the training method and so on five content, high school team performance diagnosis of subjectivity is stronger, and compet
11、itive ability diagnosis based on the detailed and objective data; forecast the change trend of training load characteristic of modern sports training phase, cycle; expectations index and training methods, training pertinence with aerobics projects. 3. Linzi high school aerobics classes for the train
12、ing of the provincial games process includes the following aspects: material selection and physical training, grouping, questing, training, skills training, psychology and intelligence. The training process embodies the following characteristics: (1)on the surface of the material limitations and sub
13、jective randomness of the selection process; (2)physical training means relatively drab, different training day during the week of training load fluctuation is bigger, may be due to the aerobics movement caused by the large proportion of coordination and flexibility training; To avoid the safety mon
14、itoring control measures of sports injury; Players showed a trend of diversification of personal recovery time after high intensity training(this shows different athletes carrying nutrition measures after the exercise load should be treated differently, different). 4. Sports team for reflection. As
15、for the athletes, it should be from the heart to love the sport of competitive aerobics, from ideology to solve their own lack of IV stamina, perseverance, training motivation, and to participate actively in the training, improve their technical level.
