Disassembly & Reassembly拆卸和装配Working point on disassembly拆卸要点wheel nut 车轮螺母(1) When removing or installing the wheel, pay attention not to damage the threads of wheel nuts and hub bolts caused by disc wheel.注意：在拆卸和安装车轮时，不要使车轮辐板损坏了车轮螺母的螺纹和轮毂螺栓。Adjusting nut wrench调整螺扳手2.1 Working Point on Disassembly and Reassembly拆卸和装配要点Disassembly Assembly拆卸安装(1) Use an adjusting nut wrench.使用专用调整螺母扳手Assembly安装(2) Use a rear hub puller to remove the hub assembly.使用后轮毂拉出器来拆除轮毂总成。Disassembly拆卸(3) Remove the outer races of inner and outer bearing of hub by lightly applying hammer to the inner and outer races.通过用锤子轻轻的敲击内外轴承外圈来拆卸内外轮毂轴承外圈。Oil seal油封Outer bearingouter race外轴承的外圈Inner bearingouter race内轴承外圈Assembly安装(4) Insert the hub oil seal by tapping with oil seal inserting tool (replacer). 用专用工具将轮毂油封轻轻敲入Oil seal inserting tool(Replacer)油封安装工具Assembly安装(5) Refill the genuine bearing grease to the hub.轮毂内重新加注原厂使用的轴承润滑脂Bearing grease refill capacity: 1,150g轴承润滑脂的填充量：1150克Assembly安装(6) Adjust the preload to the specified value by use of adjusting nut.用调整螺母来调整轴承预紧载荷，使其达到规定值。Caution注意 Back off the adjusting nut approximately 60 degrees.预紧后，调整螺母应反向旋转约 60度 When adjusting the preload, pay attention not to scratch the brake lining or drum.在调整轴承预紧载荷时，注意不要损坏制动器摩擦片和制动鼓。Clearance between brake lining and drum: 0.20.3mm制动器摩擦片和制动鼓之间的间隙是：0.20.3mm(7) Align the groove on axle housing with the adjusting nut hole, and install the lock plate. 在锁止垫圈上的孔和调整螺母上的孔对正的情况下，将锁止垫圈内侧的凸起对正桥壳上的键槽并将锁止垫圈安装上。Caution注意 When the holes for the lock plate and the adjusting nut are not aligned with each other, back off the adjusting nut more than 10 degrees to install the lock plate.在锁止垫圈上的孔和调整螺母上的孔没有对正的情况下，要把调整螺母反转10度来安装锁止垫圈 After installing the lock plate, make sure that the preload is within the maintenance standards.安装锁止垫圈后，要确保预紧载荷在保养标准内Hub bearing preload: 68kg 轮毂轴承预紧载荷：68kgAssembly安装(8) Refill the grease as followings.填充润滑脂的方法如下：Grease润滑脂Disassembly拆卸(9) Pinch the protrusion on hub oil seal with pliers and pull out.用钳子夹紧轮毂油封上的凸起并把油封拔出来Oil seal油封Oil seal油封Pliers钳子Pinch this portion.夹紧部位Caution注意 Do not reuse the hub oil seal.不要重复使用轮毂油封 Do not pry the seal contact face or oil seal with a screwdriver or other tool.不要用螺丝刀或其它工具橇动油封的密封接触面或油封。3.Disassembly & Reassembly拆卸安装Note注意Completely clean the disassembled parts with cleansing solution. Check that there are no cracks or damage on the mounting surfaces.If damaged, replace with new ones. 用清洗液彻底清洁拆卸下来的零部件。检查安装表面是否有裂纹或损坏。如有损坏，应及时更换新的部件。2.2 Axle shaft半轴(1) Rear axle shaft bend后桥半轴弯曲(mm)Maintenance standard保养标准Repair limit维修限度Less than 0.1(小于0.1)0.52.3 Others其它The other parts shall be inspected with the naked eyes or feelings.用目视的方法对其它零件进行检查(1) Axle housing assembly桥壳总成(2) Hub and hub housing轮毂总成(3) Oil seal油封(4) Brake hose and tube制动器和软管4.
