    小学教导工作计划2017-2018 学年度第一学期一、指导思想全面贯彻落实党的十八届六中全会精神和各级教育工作会议精神,以科学发展观统领学校工作全局,深化素质教育,走内涵发展之路,不断提升教育教学质量,认真开展“两学一做”,坚持“立足常规、聚焦课堂、精细管理、争创佳绩”的整体思路,进一步解放思想,求真务实,狠抓师德师风和教学常规管理,严格标准教学行为;深化课堂教学改革,提高课堂教学效率;促进学生全面发展,努力开创我校教学工作的新局面,结合学校实际,教导处将认真落实学校和上级主管部门在新学期提出的工作要点,努力做好各项工作,为全面提升我校的教学质量而努力工作。二、主要工作(一)加强过程管理,标准常规工作1、坚持一个中心:即“以提高教学质量为中心”。只有教学质量提高了,才能得到社会的公认,学校才会有生命力和竞争力,教师才会有荣誉感和知名度。加强教学“六认真”管理,提高教师教学工作的自觉性。加强教学“六认真”工作,是扎实推进素质教育,促进学生全面发展的基础工程,是科学地实施新课程,提高教育教学实效的前提条件,也是实现教师专业发展的重要举措。一是认真备课。以新课程理念为指导,认真研读课程标准,认真钻研教材、理解和把握教材,认真分析学情,了解学生的学习需要、兴趣以及相关的学习基础,从学生实际出发,结合自身教学经验,积极开发相关的课程资源,认真写好每一节课的具体教学方案,力求创造性地用活教材。二是认真组织课堂教学。端正教学态度,面向全体学生,充分尊重学生的主体地位,努力营造平等和谐的师生关系,启发和引导学生自主学习。重视课堂资源的生成,有效地运用现代教学手段,边实践边反思,及时调整和优化教学过程与方法,不断改良课堂教学,努力提高教学效益。积极构筑理想和谐的新课堂,逐步形成个性化教育。三是认真设计与批改作业。精选作业,按规定严格控制作业量。根据不同学生的学习情况合理设计作业,突出对基础知识、基本技能的稳固和应用,增强作业的针对性和实效性。布置的作业必须纳入教案,必须自己做过,必须及时批改,必须及时评讲。作业要标准批改,及时反馈,肯定成绩,催促订正,以增强作业的反馈性和有效性。四是认真搞好辅导。牢固树立“一切为了学生、为了一切学生、为了学生的一切”的教育思想,注重培养学生的学习兴趣,悉心指导学习方法,注重因材施教,做到培优补差两不误。五是认真组织考核。认真执行考核制度,认真设计、认真组织考核,注重考核学生对基础知识、基本技能的掌握和综合运用知识来分析、解决实际问题的能力。认真进行考核评价,及时正确地阅卷,并认真做好试卷的分析和讲评,指导学生开展学习的自我评价,实施必要的补偿教学。文档编码:CN1N5M10X5C6 ZW1S9P8E1L4六是认真组织课外活动。根据学校活动方案,认真组织学生积极、主动、有序地参加各项课外活动,为之提供必要的时间和条件保证。在保证学生活动时间的基础上,积极探索行之有效的组织形式。加强指导,引导学生体验活动过程、分享活动成果,并进一步加强对学生创新精神和实践能力的培养,促进学生个性的和谐发展。学校将严格按照教学“六认真”的要求,加大常规工作的检查与指导力度。对工作认真,卓有成效的教师,学校将予以奖励。2、加强教研组管理,进一步提高教研活动的实效性。结合我校以往教研组活动的实际情况,进一步明确教研组长的职责和权利,充分调动教研组长及组员的工作积极性和责任心,积极探索课题引领下的新型教研形式。会同各教研组认真做好教研组活动计划的制定和落实工作,通过检查、指导、考核、评比、奖励等形式,确保教研组活动正常有序地开展,从而提高教研组活动的实效性。3、加强听课检查,提高课堂的教学质量。校行政人员深入教学第一线,广泛深入地了解教师的日常教学情况,对课堂教学能力相对薄弱的教师,尤其要加强指导与交流,帮助他们找出存在的问题,提出改良建议,促使这部分教师迅速成长。本学期,每位管理人员听课不少于20 等深刻理解其内涵。完善机制和体制,营造氛围让每位教师把中小学教师师德标准内化于心,外化于行,自自觉表达在日常工作中。锤炼教师忠诚、爱岗、敬业、奉献的良好师德和“学习、质量、责任、主人、大局、自律、自省、依法、改革、自信”十种意识。增强教师依法治教、文明执教的意识。继续传承和弘扬“爱岗敬业,无私奉献,爱校如家,爱生如子”的传统。在教师中开展“三比两促”活动,充分发挥身边榜样的示范、引领、感染作用。不断强化教师忧患意识、责任意识、服务意识、大局意识,崇尚讲政治、讲原则、讲奉献,进一步提升教师职业道德感、荣誉感、神圣感。2、为每位教师提供发展的舞台,发展好每一位教师。本学期继续认真实施“青蓝工程”,“教学能手评选”活动,继续开展“师生读书”活动。有效发挥骨干教师的示范、引领、指导作用,更好的做到“请进来、走出去”,为名教师的成长营造良好的环境氛围,搭建成长平台,逐步扩大阶梯型骨干教师队伍。强化教研组在教师管理、培养中的作用。继续探索教师培训领导小组、各教研组、年级、备课组在教师管理、成长过程中如何更好发挥合力作用的管理模式,加快各级骨干教师的培养。3、转变对学生管理的模式,倡导学生自主管理、教职职工全员管理,调动教职职工、学生参与学校管理的积极性。抓住两个重点:一是狠抓教文档编码:CN1N5M10X5C6 ZW1S9P8E1L4学常规管理。只有标准才能科学,只有科学才能有效,只有有效才能保证质量。二是狠抓师资队伍建设。教师的进步才能换来学生更大的进步,一支优秀的教师队伍就意味着一所优秀的学校,所以,我们必须抓好师资队伍建设,尤其是教师的师德师风建设,促进教师专业成长。加强教师思想道德与职业道德教育。认真组织学习中小学教师职业道德标准、中共中央国务院关于进一步加强和改良未成年人思想道德建设的假设干意见等文件,大力倡导“爱国守法、明礼诚信、团结友爱、勤俭自强、敬业奉献”的基本道德标准和行为准则。牢固树立育人为本,德育为首的思想,努力提高教师工作的自觉性,切实标准教师的教学行为,增强教师忠诚教育事业的责任感、使命感,切实提高教师的思想道德素养,确保教学活动正常、有序、健康地开展。4、着力培养青年教师,努力扶植骨干教师。创新课堂教学模式,充分利用现代多媒体技术。积极推进课程改革,扎实开展电子白板的运用研究,创新课堂教学模式,打造高效课堂。有效开展“学困生转化”教学实践系列活动,不断提升学生学科核心素养。加强对青年教师的培养工作,为他们提供学习培训的时机,搭建展示自我的舞台,建设好一支以教研组长为核心的骨干教师队伍。实行青年教师拜师制,对青年教师做好业务指导和培训工作。加强骨干教师和市级学科带头人的培养、考核、管理工作,稳定骨干教师队伍,更好地发挥骨干教师的示范带头作用。5、加强教师业务培训,提高教师业务素养。开展形式多样的学习培训活动,鼓励教师不断进修,努力提高自身的业务水平。重点抓好以课堂教学为主的业务培训活动。多渠道地为教师提供相互学习与交流的平台,努力帮助教师向一专多能复合型教师发展。文档编码:CN1N5M10X5C6
