Design Preface2.1、项目概况 Project Brief Introduction:山东三维石化工程股份有限公司100m3/h污水回用处理工程项目,本方案书提供了为贵公司设计的污水回用处理技术方案。该技术方案采用了当今世界最为先进的膜法分离技术,具有水质高、系统稳定、运行高效的明显优势,具有较高的性价比。本方案设置2套250m3/h处理系统,拟采用纤维球过滤器+特种树脂吸附柱+超滤+特种分离膜的处理工艺,通过处理系统的处理,水质要求达到业主方回用水的要求。具体的技术指标参见以下详细技术方案。Shandong SunWay Petrochemical E

Through the present draft proposal, Razan Environmental Engineering intends to supply the necessary expertise and technological process needed to reach the projects goal. The treatment method herein proposed is based on the membrane separati
12、on technology, which is the worlds most advanced and hence more efficient sewage treatment technology. Membrane separation technology has the advantages of steadiness and efficiency in the system operation as well as a high performance-to-price ratio.In the proposed scheme, two treatment systems wil
13、l be built each with a treatment capacity of 50m3/h. The proposed treatment process consists of four components including (i) fibrous wadding filter, (ii) special resin adsorption column, (iii) ultrafiltration, and (iv) specific separation membrane. The treated effluent will comply with the water re
14、use standards as requested by the owner.2.2、设计原则 Design Principle:2.2.1、根据项目原水特征,结合已有的工程实例,在确保出水达标的前提下,采用成熟、可靠、技术先进的处理工艺。2.2.2、系统运行要求低能耗、低费用。2.2.3、系统设备全面采用实现标准化、模块化和系统化的设计方式,以便快速安装和以后系统维护。2.2.4、设备选型以技术先进、经济合理、安全可靠、高效节能,最大可能地减少维修费用为原则。2.2.5、自动化控制设备以及主要检测仪器、仪表选用国外先进产品或国内知名品牌。2.2.6、设备、仪表、阀门及控制系统选型经过实际检
15、验为运行可靠、稳定的产品,且关键设备元件都采用进口;整个系统设计简捷合理、易于操作。方案设计合理、运行稳定、产水的品质满足设计要求,并已在多项类似工程中得到应用及检验。2.2.1、The adopted treatment processes are tested, proved, and advanced, thus ensuring the effluents will meet the relevant standards.2.2.2、The system operates with low energy consumption and low cost.2.2.3、The system
