1、New product qualification procedure 新产品评估程序Subject: 18.0-24.0 VDC battery powered drills and drill drivers 18.0 24.0V 充电式电钻及电钻批The following tests will be conducted to qualify new 18 -24 volt cordless drills, drill/drivers. An appropriate number of sample tools will be tested and qualifications will
2、 be determined by comparison of test results to the product specifications for the associated model number. Successful testing of manufacturing pilot run samples will be a necessary condition for release of each model for initial production, and successful testing of initial production samples will
3、be a necessary condition for release of each model for shipment. 下述各项测试会用于评核18.0 24.0V 新开发的充电式电钻及电钻批,冲击钻。 测试会根据适当数量的样板进行,而评估将根据测试结果与相关产品型号的产品标准进行比较。成功通过测试的试产样板方可进行小批量生产,而成功通过测试的生产样板方可批准付运。Test results from a pilot that do not meet the acceptance criteria constitute product failure and prohibit proce

5、I. PERFORMANCE.性 能 A. Motors. 马达 1. Measure and record the no-load speed on 25 samples using fully charged battery pack. Where possible, measure current without disassembling tool. If a speed control device is incorporated in the product, no-load parameters are to be measured at the highest speed se
6、tting. Calculate average and standard deviation for each parameter. Data, which is outside the normal distribution curve when evaluated by standard statistical methods, is to be discarded and replaced with additional samples as necessary. If units fail to give satisfactory results, condition 10 more

PERFORMANCE 性能( Cont d)All products, which utilize a fast charge (1 hours or less), shall be tested per the following procedure. Conduct each temperature test with two fully charged battery packs. When the first batter

Insure the current carrying capacity of the power supply is capable of handling extremely high current draws. Repeat the motor performance testing on each of the three samples with the approp
15、riate milli-ohm per cell resistance added to one side of the output from the same power supply. After condition battery packs (Charging and discharging five times), three tools will be run continuous no-load to determine the time to discharge the battery pack to 0.6 volts/cell. For switches incorporating a lock-off feature, apply a 50 lb. force, for one minute, to the switch actuato
