1、通塞脉微丸化学成分的研究_通塞脉片 摘 要:目的:探讨通塞脉微丸中的化学成分。方法:通过高效液相色谱可将三萜、黄酮及有机酸类等10余种化学成分较好的分别。依据紫外光谱可大致推断其化合物类型,由电喷雾质谱得到各成分的分子量,进而推想出其中主要成分的可能结构。结果:发觉可能有绿原酸、甘草苷、夏拂托苷、甘草素-4-芹糖葡萄糖苷、异甘草素葡萄糖芹糖苷、木犀草苷、安格洛苷C、异甘草苷、木犀草素、异甘草素、甘草糖苷B、甘草酸单铵盐、甘草酸等13个化合物。结论:通过对通塞脉微丸化学成分的解析,为阐明通塞脉微丸的药效物质基础供应有力的证据。 关键词:通塞脉微丸;HPLC/MS;化学成分 中图分类号:R284.

4、 weight can be obtained by electrospray mass spectroscopy,and their imaginable structure can be deduced.Results:13 compounds in Tongsaimai Pellets were identified by HPLC-MSThey are chlorogenic acid, liquiritin, schaftoside, ligquiritigenin-4-apiosyl-glucoside, licuraside, luteoloside, angoroside C,
