1、1 女人帮休闲会所商业计划书一、商业计划概要(一)本计划的目的1有意投资于本项目者提供充分的信息2本计划未来的经营活动提供指导(二)创业灵感创业灵感来自于现代白领女性对缓解压力的需求。作为一名年轻女性,本组觉得缓解压力对现代现代白领女性日常生活,工作生活上保持身心健康的重要性。面对市场上琳琅满目的休闲会所,白领女性也会有选择性的进入常规休闲会所的同时,同时也会想对自己的压力进行针对性地进行缓解。但是对于现在华丽在休闲会所里,昂贵的收费的会员制度对于现在的北京收入以及消费水平来说也是非常奢侈的一件事情。于是我们的组员想,如果有一个提供一个优质的适合白领层女性消费的休闲会所,对于年轻女性来说应该是
2、一个相当好的选择。(三)市场需求分析在现代白领女性中的为数中,很多白领都会选择在高级或是星级酒店进行全套的高消费的解压休闲项目,对于高星级酒店的全程消费是非常昂贵的。但是现代的女性们不仅仅注重的是身材的保持,更加注重的是休闲的品质,质量。如果能够提供物有所值的消费场所是非常受到白领女性的青睐的。(四)行业分析对于物质与价格相匹配的完全女人帮的休闲会所还是一个空白,在有很多的休闲会所当中在全套的休闲项目之下价格是昂贵的,没有一家休闲会所能真正在兼顾顾客的休闲的质量的前提下兼顾顾客的消费的支付能力。所以女人帮的休闲会所对白领们是达到预期要求,价格合理,能保证持续消费存在着一定的需求。精品w o r

4、发展这些投出的成本是值得的。经营项目一是在身体上放松项目,二是进行一些实际活动上缓解压力的休闲项目。(六)市场营销我们的细分市场是20-45 岁的年轻女性。主要是一些针对繁忙,并且有工作压力的女性白领们。女人帮服务的宗旨是为白领阶层女性提供最适合自己,自己喜欢的,实惠的缓解压力的休闲会所。对于产品与价格,我们会针对不同的人群,还有收入水平设计不同的项目,这样才能吸引到客人。对于市场的营销我们可以进行发传单,还有登广告,还有其他的现场介绍。我们计划逐步推出网络交流服务,建立一个相关的网站让消费者反馈下消费意见,这样方便获取消费者的心理对休闲会所的期望同时也加深消费者对会所的了解。(七)市场的实践
