1、滴丸成型与哪些因素有关 解郁滴丸的成型工艺研究 R283 A 16723783(2011)11031801 目的 优选解郁滴丸的最佳成型工艺。方法 采纳正交试验法,从基质,冷却剂的种类,提取物与基质的用量配比等方面进行优选。结果 制剂中部分药材实行乙醇提取,其余部分实行水提取;最佳滴制工艺条件为以PEG4000:PEG6000为1:2, 药物基质比例为1:2,甲基硅油为冷却剂,滴制温度85,冷却温度10,滴速20滴/min,滴距8cm。结论 滴丸的溶散时限、外观及丸重均符合质量要求,该工艺合理、可行。 解郁滴丸;正交试验;制备工艺 Study on preparation for Jieyu
