2、ution forregulating current in LEDs.The CCR is based on patent-pendingSelf-Biased Transistor(SBT)technology and regulates current over awide voltage range.It is designed with a negative temperaturecoefficient to protect LEDs from thermal runaway at extreme voltagesand currents.The CCR turns on immed
3、iately and is at 25%of regulation withonly 0.5 V Vak.It requires no external components allowing it to bedesigned as a high or lowside regulator.The high anode-cathodevoltage rating withstands surges common in Automotive,Industrialand Commercial Signage applications.The CCR comes in thermallyrobust
