18、据 2007年,中共中央、国务院发布关于加强青少年体育増强青少年体质的 意见ffi1,明确指出要确保学生 “ 每天锻炼一小时 ” ,让他们养成锻炼身体的良 好习惯。全国各级各类学校积极贯彻体育教育方针,以 “ 健康第一 ” 的指导思想 为标识,深入开展学生阳光体育运动。 2010年,国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要 ( 2010-2020年 )指出 “ 要 确保学生体育课程和参与活动时间,提高教学质量,加强心理健康教育,促进学 生身体健康、强健体魄、意志坚强。 ” 2体育与健康课程的学习目标分为运动参 与、运动技能、身体健康、心理健康和社会适应五个方面。传统的体育课对于学 生运动技能的提高,身
19、体健康有一定的作用,但对于运动参与、学生心理健康和 社会适应方面针对性不大。传统的放羊式的体育教学依然存在,学生缺少了系统 的训练和群体、团体的运动参与。这也是导致当前有些孩子自私、不融 入集体的 主要原因。体育课程单调无趣,男生聚堆打 “ 游戏卡 ” ,女生群体性的在阴凉地或 者栖息地休息,不参与体育运动等现象层出不穷。烟台市小学生体质测试结果不 好,肥胖、近视等问题一直困扰家长和教师,这与体育课教育模式息息相关。小 学体育在终身体育的理念中占据基础作用,对于小学体育的教学重点在于如何培 养学生喜欢体育课,尊重体育课、热爱体育课;从体育课中获得一定的认知能力 和体验运动乐趣;而目前多种放羊式
20、教学方式让多方面都忽略了小学体育的重要 性,学生也厌烦、逃避体育课。 3 体育游戏的正确引入体育课程能够充 分的调动学生积极性,形成良好的运动 参与和集体参与,对于学生独立性格和团队合作精神都能最大限度的培养。 4体 育游戏的开发与体育项目息息相关,这也可以用最好的契合方式引导学生进入运 动技能的学习。体育游戏生动有趣,可以给学生很好的愉悦程度和满意度,使学 生形成对体育课的期待。体育游戏同样具有竞技性,这是对学生性格和社会适应 能力以及运动技能的综合检验 . 针对烟台市小学体育课程的现状和学生体质测试的现状,重视学生性格塑造 和体质锻炼是有必要的,体育的娱乐性具有引导学生自觉锻炼和团队配合等
