2、文提交日期 :2013年 5月 31日 Thesis submitted to date: May 31st, 2013 摘要 传统心理健康教育对象主要聚焦在少数问题学生身上。积极心理健康教育的对象 在指向问题学生和学生的问题的基础上,特别强调面向全体学生,并且还包括教师和 家长。使所有人既是自我教育的主体,又是接受教育的对象,从而构建起新型的教育 结构内在的双主体的平等关系。 教师重要任务就是教书育人,所以教师就是实施心理教育的主力军,教师在课堂 教学中传授基础知识、基本技能外,还应培养学生的全面发展,进行心理指导,当老 师把学生当作知心朋友,师生之间加强沟通和理解,学生喜欢你、喜欢你的课,
3、学习 就有主动性,学习效果好,学业成绩高 ;与老师关系亲密了,也增强了学生的归属感 和自信心,又能培养人际交往能力,这将有利于完善学生情绪状态和人格及身心的健 康发展。 在科学教学中渗透积极心理健康教育,使学生的心理素质得到多方面优化。中学 教师通过行动研究,不仅提升了学生的心理健康水平,还使自身的心理素养得到同步 提升。因而在中小学心理健康教育实践中应当鼓励教师积极开展行动研究。 本文由五个部分组成:第一部分绪论,论述了本课题研究的背景、意义、研究现 状,并对相关研究进行了综述;第二部分是理论探讨,阐述如何在教学中渗透积极心 理健康教育,如何进行 行动研究,其理论基础是什么 “ ,第三部分在
4、初中学生心理健康 水平现状调查的基础上,分析学生存在的心理健康问题;第四部分说明在教学中如何 进行渗透积极心理健康教育的行动研究,总结研究成果,深化研究内容;第五部分是 渗透积极心理健康教育的成效、反思和进一步研究展望。 关键词:科学教学;渗透;积极心理健康教育;行动研究 BEHAVIOR STUDY OF INSTILLING POSITIVE MENTAL EDUCATION IN SCIENCE COURSES TEACHING ABSTRACT Traditional mental health education students primarily focused on a few

Teachers important tasks is to impart knowledge and educate people, so the teacher is the main force carrying out mental education, teachers in imparting basic knowledge, basic skills in the classroom, it should also cultivate students all-T und
