13、ent of advanced corporate culture of Chinese enterprises.三、研究依据和理论框架 财富杂志所评选出来的世界500强企业都有属于自己的优秀企业文化,并且该杂志的评选还总结了企业成功的关键,那就是企业文化。GE公司前总裁韦尔奇曾提出,文化是企业不可替代的精神竞争因素,企业依靠人才和文化取胜。这一点是所有企业的共识。企业之间的竞争到了最高的境界就是企业文化的竞争。一个企业的竞争战略可以被竞争对手模仿和借鉴,技术水平可以被超越,但是企业文化却是不可能被模仿的。企业取得成功的秘诀就是企业文化。对一个成功的企业来说,企业文化是凝聚企业员工的体现。企业
14、的经营管理与本国的传统文化有着非常密切的联系,民族的、传统的文化必然存在于企业管理之中,成为企业管理的文化基础。也正因为每个国家的传统文化不同,企业文化也不相同,中西方文化、历史、地理环境、政治、宗教不同,也就造就了企业文化的不同。本文着重分析了中美企业文化的差异,最后提出了对中国企业发展企业文化的启示,从不同的层面提出企业文化的差异,以及中美企业文化的优缺点。在文中,对两国的传统文化进行了比较,提出两国文化的不同。根据跨文化交流,文化管理以及企业文化的价值等理论以及企业文化的理论,对企业文化进行分析核研究,根据具体的中国企业和美国集团,找出企业文化的不同和相似之处。四、研究问题本文的主旨是是
15、对中美企业文化的对比研究,寻找其中文化的差异,和企业文化差异,为中国企业的发展提供优秀企业文化启示。下列问题为本文的主要研究问题:1.中美两国的文化差异是什么?2.中美两国企业文化的形成和发展过程,是如何形成两种不同的企业文化?3.中美两国企业文化存在哪几方面的差异?4.两国企业文化存在哪些优点和缺点?5.对中国企业文化的发展有怎样的启示?五、文献回顾本文对国内外不同的国家的企业文化比较研究的成果进行整理和分析,并对中美两国的企业文化研究现状进行总结,发现中美企业文化研究的相对较少,不够系统。中美企业文化现象研究较多,对现象背后的文化因素研究较少,不过还是有一部分的研究资料。在此基础上,首先介
