1、3EK7 中压硅橡胶绝缘避雷器输配电23EK7 机械性能:玻璃套层的金属氧化物电阻片柱 硅橡胶外套 FRP 棒(玻璃纤维增强塑料)及 铝制终端部件现有三种类型的 3EK7 避雷器:3EK7-.C.避雷器根据 IEC 60099-4 标准带有公制螺纹3EK7.-.A.避雷器根据 IEEE Std C 62.11 标准带有英制螺纹 对于特殊应用:3EK7.-.B.避雷器根据 IEEE Std C 62.11 标准带有公制螺纹西门子的新 3EK7 避雷器能极好地防护电压等级高至 72.5kV 电力系统的设备不受过电压的损害。此外由于具有对各种环境特别强的抗污染能力,它在处理接地故障时的能力及它的极好
2、的短路性能,使此类避雷器达到了一个新的水准。新的 3EK7避雷器上的硅橡胶极少附着任何污染沉积物或湿气膜。因而,由污染引起的表面电流几乎不会发生。由于它特殊的笼式设计,3EK7 避雷器还非常轻便,结实并且耐用。设立新标准3 3EK7 质量尖端的产品 硅橡胶外套直接注射到中间的金属氧化物电阻片柱上,再加上起保护作用的笼状结构。它提供了极好的防止潮气入侵和局部放电的密封系统。此外,金属氧化物变阻器外还有玻璃套层以防止老化。最高质量的使用材料。硅橡胶具有高度憎水性,它能在整个服务周期中排斥水并防止任何污染物的堆积。这使得该产品抗腐蚀及防止漏流路径的产生。而且,硅橡胶外套有自动熄火性和阻燃性。这些优点
3、使 3EK7 能提供无需清理而且可靠的服务。生产厂家已获得 ISO9001及ISO14001认证。3EK7 避雷器的型式试验是由一独立的测试实验室单独完成的。安全可靠的设计 3EK7 系列的高度机械强度来自于基于预压制玻璃纤维增强塑料棒组成的笼状结构,它能减少内部零件向外飞弹的危险。在极个别电阻片超负荷的情况下,电弧不能形成足够大的内压,因为电阻器并非由密封的机械外壳封装而成。因而,电弧能通过硅橡胶外套释放,留下外套的机械性支持结构未受到破坏。轻便设计的笼状结构提供扭转力,伸张力和顶端强度:最大工作强度 350 牛顿米(Nm)。硅橡胶能抵抗紫外线,臭氧及一些常见的有机或无机溶剂或清洗剂。因此,
