1、单位代码10709 分类号TP 273西安工程大学 硕士学位论文论文题目: 30M VA钛渣电炉计算机_控制系统专 业: _控制工程姓 名: _隆芏 _指导教师: 曹跃进 副教授完成日期: _2011年 12月摘 要金属钛作为新兴的工业材料,在军工、航天航空、海洋产业、化工、石油精炼、汽 车工业、医疗、体育和日用品、建筑材料、核工业等领域都有着广泛应用。由于科技和 经济的快速发展,钛材需求量不断扩大,我国国内生产的钛材供不应求,只能从国外大 量进口。目前我国钛渣生产电炉的生产设备、工艺、控制技术落后,且存在着高污染。 由于大型钛渣电炉技术与其军事领域密切相关,发达国家钛渣生产的先进设备、工艺、
2、 控制技术保密且不向国外转让。因此,必须加快我国钛渣产业的发展,特别是钛渣电炉 生产设备、工艺、控制技术的发展,生产出高品位的钛料以满足国民经济发展的需求。本论文以四川攀枝花金江钛业30MVA钛渣电炉计算机控制系统项目为背景,在查 阅了大量国内外相关文献的基础上,综述了当今钛渣电炉的国内外生产概况及其自动化 控制技术。根据钛渣电炉冶炼工艺以及现场的情况,结合当前的自动化控制技术,设计 了钛渣电炉控制系统。采用SIMATIC PCS 7集散控制系统作为系统的总体控制方案,并 系统地研宄了 SIMATIC PCS 7集散控制系统在钛渣电炉冶炼过程中的应用。集散控制系统的通讯选用基于现场总线通讯协议
3、的PROFIBUS协议和西门子工业 以太网协议。其中中央控制室监控系统经由光纤以太网和高层管理计算机、现场控制站 进行通信,远程I/O站通过PROFIBUS总线和现场控制站进行通信,最终实现和中央控 制室通信。中央控制室可以读取现场控制站中该工艺设备的运行状态和数据,同时可以 对现场设备的运行状态进行调整并对数据进行存储打印和报警显示。自动控制系统选用西门子PLC作为系统的控制设备,根据钛渣电炉冶炼工艺及具 体设备和现场各种传感器进行PLC硬件选型,并按照钛渣电炉冶炼工艺对控制系统的 要求设计了实用的电极调节器控制算法以及它的实现方法,应用西门子编程软件Set P7 编写了电极调节控制单元、加
4、配料控制单元、包车控制单元、液压站控制单元、真空开 关合、分闸控制单元、变压器调压换档控制单元和其它逻辑控制单元的PLC控制程序。监控系统选用研华工控机,以亚控科技组态王6.53组态软件作为软件开发平台,对 整个生产过程的监视、数据采集、参数调整、实时控制、报警、数据记录、报表打印、 趋势画面和安全操作等功能进行组态设计,设计了用户登入画面、钛渣炉主画面、环保 除尘系统画面、电极系统画面、液压系统画面、水冷系统画面、报警画面、报表画面等 等。并通过对组态王监控系统的网络配置、驱动连接设置和网络发布,从而达到中央监 控和远程浏览监控的目的。关键词:钛渣电炉集散控制系统 PROFIBUS PLC

As the titanium slag furnace technology is closely related to its military, its smelting technology to master only a few developed countries and not to transfer abroad. Therefore, we must accelerate the development of chinas
8、 titanium industrial, especially production equipment, technology, refining technology. For the titanium industry to provide more high-quality raw materials to meet the needs of national economic development.The thesis is based on the 30MVA titanium slag electric arc furnace computer control system
9、of the Sichuan Panzhihua Jinjiang Titanium. The summaries of the historic, present state and perspective trend of control techniques of titanium slag electric arc fiirnace are based on consulting a great deal of documentation. According to the smelting process and the situation at the scene, combine
10、d with current automation and control technology,the systems solving scheme is presented. The use of distributed control system as the overall system control program, and systematic study of the distributed control system in the process of smelting fiirnace application.Distributed control system is
11、based on fieldbus communication protocol for industrial Ethernet and profibus network. Central control room monitoring systems via Ethernet to communicate with senior management computer and on-site control station, remote I/O controllers and field controllers via profibus communication, and ultimat
12、ely communicate with the central control room. The central control room can read the on-site control station in the operational status of equipment and data, while the operational status of field devices to adjust, data storage and alarm display.Distributed control system used Siemens PLC as field c

According to the smelting furnace process, specific equipment and field of sensor for PLC hardware selection, and preparation of the electrode and the furnace body control of the PLC control program, and in accordance with titanium slag smelting furnace process control system require
