It is your job to help them and to supply the necessary tools to assist them in achieving both company goals and their own goals. It is not what we have done, it is what we have

They dont feel like they can take a chance because they wont want to risk your disapproval. When this happens, the people suffer, and the business suffers, too. In Wal-Mart,
7、 we must treat our people with genuine respect and courtesy. Build strong relationships with your people. Help your Associates grow and be all they can be. Show that you really care. You must become a master at communicating with them all aspects of your business and their place in it. The best way
8、you can let them know how much you value their contributions is to show them and tell them, one-on-one. Get to know your people, their families, and their problems, their hopes and ambitions. Appreciate and praise them as individuals. Show your concern daily. We are all just people with varying stre
9、ngths and weaknesses. So true commitment, plus a generous portion of understanding and communication, will help us win. Leaders must always put their people before themselves. 11、以,真正的奉献加上理解与沟通,将会助我们一臂之力取得成功,领导者要把员工的位置放在自己之前,如果你这样做了,你的工作自然做得很好。Knowing Your Associates认识和了解你的员工All of us want recognition - we need to feel that we are more than just a number on the payroll list. Your Associates also need recognition; they need to feel that you think more of them than just an unl
12、oader or receiver. An effective Coach will recognize the individual worth of his/her Associates and learn as much as possible about them.所有人都希望被人认识,我们希望我们不只是薪水册上有一个数字而已,你的员工同样也有这样的愿望,他们也希望你不只把他们看成一个卸货员或收货工,一个出钯的指导会认识他们员并可能地了解他们。Many Coaches confuse knowing their Associates as a motivational tool. We
13、ll, it is that, but it is also much more. Knowing your Associates will help you plan for work in the future. If you are aware of the work habits of your Associates, then you can efficiently plan work schedules. By knowing your Associates, you may be able to prevent possible personnel issues and you
14、will be more informed as problems arise.很多指导把弄混员工的名字作为一种激励方式,如果是这样没问题但那样更好,认识你的员可以帮你计划将来的工作,如果你了解员工的工作习惯,这样你就可以更有效有制定工作计划,通过了解员工,你可以更好阻止可以发生的员工问题,当问题来了的时候,你的消息更加灵通。How can you get to know your Associates?
