19、可说这几句话,然后将电话转到你找的人那里。3. 接到听不懂的内线电话时,也不要急,应迅速记下客人的房间号码,同时说Im sorry sir. I dont know English well, do you mind if I get someone upstairs to your room and help you? (对不起先生,我的英语不太好,如果我叫人到你房间去帮你,你介意吗?)客人有可能说:“No, not necessary.”(不,不必要叫人上来),或者说“OK, just get me someone who speaks English.”(好的,帮我找个说英语的上来)。4
20、. 总机最根本的要求就是要能会听客人想要转的房间号码,有时候客人为了照顾总机,因而使用很简单的英语,比如说“Room number 612 please”意思就是“请帮我转612房”。5. 熟记数字:one、two、three、four、five、six508 读成 five zero eight 或five o eight 418 读成 four one eight 或 four eighteen Reception Desk 前台1.
